Returns & Refunds
At ONDRA, we are committed to quality and hygiene in our swimwear. For this reason, all swimwear is final sale unless it is defective or incorrect. We offer store credit or exchanges for domestic orders that are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and hygiene liners intact. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. International customers should consult our sizing guide carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item in South Africa, please contact us promptly at info@shopondra.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, ONDRA will provide instructions for returning the item and issue either a replacement or store credit after inspection.
Pre-order items are subject to the same policy and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
