Shipping policy
At ONDRA, we strive to provide a seamless and premium shopping experience from the moment you place your order. This Shipping Policy outlines how your items are processed and delivered using our trusted courier partners.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. During high-volume periods such as launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping — South Africa
We use The Courier Guy for all local deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, allowing you to select your preferred delivery option based on cost and delivery time. Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location. Major cities may receive parcels sooner, while outlying areas may require additional time.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For international orders, any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in ONDRA’s product prices or shipping fees, and ONDRA has no control over them.
Delivery Issues
Once a parcel leaves ONDRA’s premises, we are no longer responsible for it. Customers are required to contact the courier directly for any issues regarding lost, delayed, or damaged parcels. Tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email should be used to follow up with the courier. While we are happy to offer guidance and support, ONDRA cannot be held liable once the order is in transit.
Pre-Orders & Special Releases
If an item is purchased on pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be noted on the product page. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout. ONDRA is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
